Callum Dick
Non Executive Chairman

Callum joined Netomnia in September 2020 as Chairman. Formerly the founder of Community Fibre, he has extensive experience in the international telecoms industry and a strong track record of scaling innovative companies. Callum is also Chairman at YouFibre, AXD Special Projects Ltd and Horsebridge Network Systems Ltd.

Jeremy Chelot
Chief Executive Officer

Jeremy founded Netomnia in 2019 to provide a new open Fibre to the Premise (FTTP) infrastructure across the UK. He was formerly CEO of Community Fibre and has a strong record of rapidly scaling businesses. Jeremy is also CEO at YouFibre.

Wil Wadsworth
Chief Financial Officer

Wil is a chartered management accountant and joined Netomnia as Chief Financial Officer in October 2020. He was previously Finance and Transformation Director at Gigaclear. Wil is responsible for financial performance and investment programmes at Netomnia. Wil is also CFO at YouFibre.

Molly Wilson
Head of People

Stevie McDougall joined Netomnia as HR director in October 2021. He brings a wealth of experience having worked in HR for over 20 years, most recently as People Director at MJ Quinn Integrated Services. Stevie will oversee the HR department for both Netomnia and YouFibre, ensuring all employees have the necessary tools to thrive, whilst recruiting new talent.
